[INFO] "Highlight Berlin City Tour information"

"Highlight Berlin City Tour information" for fans who are coming to JYJ concert in Germany!!
Berlin is devided in 3 sections : A,B and C. Most of the sightseeing are in AB section. You can get the daily ticket AB costs €6,30.

1) Potsdamer Platz: it's near the venue(Tempodrom). There you can find..

- Sony Center: the modern building which is built by Sony. Inside you can find many restuarants, coffee shops, cinama, Apple &Sony Store, etc.



- Holocause Monument: is a memorial in Berlin to the Jewish victims of the Holocaust

 
- in that area you can also find some shopping malls, theaters, galleries and more

2) Brandenburger Tor (Brandenburg Gate): you need to walk only few minutes from Sony Center

3)Reichstag building: it's the parliament of the German government. You can visit the top of the buiding. The entrance is FREE!

4) Berlin Victory Column (Berliner Siegessäule)

5) Berlin Cathedral (Berliner Dom)

6) Museuminsel Berlin (Museum Island): situated near Berlin Cathedral

7)Alexander Platz

- Fernsehnturm (television tower): situated in Alexander Platz( east Berlin)




- Rotes Rathaus (Red City Hall ): situated near Fernsehnturm

8) Kukürstendamn (Kudamn): situated near train station Zoologischer Garten
- Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche (Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church): The original church on the site was built in the 1890s. It was badly damaged in a bombing raid in 1943.


- Zoo Berlin
 
 
- Shopping street: there you can find lots of stores. For example: Zara, H&M, Esprit, Nike, Levis, etc..and also the oldest shopping mall in Berlin "KaDeWe"

9) Schloss Charlottenburg (Charlottenburg Palace): is the largest palace in Berlin,Germany, and the only royal residency in the city dating back to the time of the Hohenzollern family.It is located in the Charlottenburg district of the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf burough.

11) Checkpoint Charlie: best-known Berlin Wall crossing point between East Berlin and West Berlin during the Cold War. You can take some photos with those soldier and get a stamp

12) East Side Gallery: there you can find Berlin walls with cool graffiti.

Most of the sightseeings are close to each other.You can start walking from your hostel near the venue to Potsdamer Platz. After that you can follow 1) - 7). All the buildings are situated in the same area.

For the other places you can take bus/train or subway ^^ Renting bicycles is possible in Berlin too.

There's Berlin City Tour Bus/boat too. So you don't have to walk all the time. You can take this kind of bus/boat instead.
